WastEWATER

The scalability of the Cold Plasma system makes it very versatile for any kind/flow rate of industrial wastewater treatment. All chemicals, bacteria, microbes, etc. are completely oxidized or coagulated and ultra-filtered, thereby producing water that can either be recycled through the factory or safely discharged to the environment.

The patented Cold Plasma system can be used (after your primary separator) to achieve your required level of treatment at a fraction of the footprint, investment cost, and operating cost, all without the use of chemicals. All hydrocarbons and chemicals are oxidized, coagulated and ultra-filtered to undetectable levels.

fracking water treatment and reuse

The Cold Plasma technology can be used to treat the water at extremely low cost so that the water can be disposed at the wellsite or reused for future fracturing work. It removes hydrocarbons to below detectable levels, kills/removes biologicals, and removes particles to 0.01 microns, removes divalent and heavy metals.

Emergency and Disaster Relief

The Cold Plasma system can be used to provide portable water supply directly from a river (or any water source) to municipalities in an emergency or disaster situations. Simplicity of design, portability, extremely low maintenance requirement, low power consumption and absence of chemicals make the system best suited for emergency situations.

pre-frace-2
Pre-frac and injection water Treatment

Most oil and gas operators use biocides to treat water for fracking and injection. The Cold Plasma equipment can be used to treat the water at extremely low cost compared to use of biocides.

Municipal water

Cold Plasma technology achieves the best results in sterilizing water at a fraction of the cost, with minimal size, maximum simplicity of the system and without chemicals. Several municipal facilities have successfully lowered their operating cost by using this technology for over seven years in Russia.

Cold Plasma Technology

The system uses four patents for water and industrial wastewater treatment, a chemical-free, low energy technology. The processes are advanced oxidation, coagulation, and ultra-filtration. One of the patents covers ozone (O3) generation utilizing a process known as pulsed dielectric barrier discharge (Pulsed DBD) – also known as Cold Plasma. The fourth patent builds upon the already patented ozone generation and advanced oxidation processes, but improves upon their effectiveness up to one thousand times when treating water. The patented advanced oxidation processes kill all microorganisms, oxidize some contaminants, coagulate other contaminants, and when combined with ultra-filtration and/or reverse osmosis to remove salinity – effectively treat water to drinking levels.

Ozone (an active form of oxygen) is a powerful, short-lived oxidizer. Its lifetime in water does not exceed a few minutes and, therefore, its use as an oxidizer guarantees ecologically clean use of the technology at maximum effectiveness. The Plasma creates highly reactive O1 and hydroxyl radicals that break down organic contaminants into carbon dioxide and water.

The unique quality of ozone guarantees zero presence of toxic components, such as those created when chlorine or Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4) based reagents are used. Cold Plasma processes use no harmful chemicals and generate no harmful byproducts. The Cold Plasma ozone generator is the best in ozone generator ever made.

The system is very reliable, has small footprint, and is approximately one-tenth the operating cost of traditional water treatment systems.

Trident has the best water treatment and purification system and is now offering this system for a variety of applications namely: Municipal drinking water treatment, Oil and Gas Hydraulic Fracturing water treatment and reuse, injection & pre-frac water treatment, Industrial and Petrochemical waste water treatment and purification, Consumables Sterilization, disaster and emergency relief water provision.

Cold Plasma system will save millions of dollars in operating costs, provide a smaller, more reliable, and more thorough cleaning system, with much lower electricity cost, operating cost and maintenance cost, and in a green manner with no harmful chemicals used in traditional water treatment systems. Trident's Water Treatment Technology will soon be known as the best option for all water treatment systems.

THESE EARTHQUAKES COULD BE MAN MADE

Oklahoma is the most earthquake prone state in the continental US. What's more astonishing is that nearly all of Oklahoma's earthquakes are man-made. They are being triggered by the biggest and most important industry in the state: oil and gas production but it's not from fracking, which is what most people think. Before 2009, there were, on average, two earthquakes a year in Oklahoma that were magnitude 3 or greater. Last year, there were 907. That's right, 907.
